Enjoy a unique experience sailing to Martín García Island, a historic enclave and Argentine nature reserve located in the Río de la Plata. With an area of 184 hectares and about 100 inhabitants, it is famous for having served as a military prison and place of confinement for former presidents such as Yrigoyen, Perón and Frondizi.
The plan begins with our departure from Puerto Madero, as we move away from the City of Buenos Aires and its buildings, we sail along the attractive Río de la Plata until we reach our destination, the historic Martín García Island.
The guided tour will allow you to learn the details of the history and mysteries of this island, as well as learn about the flora and fauna of this Nature Reserve.
The proposal includes a barbecue lunch at the Solís Dining Restaurant, with a non-alcoholic drink and dessert included.
In the afternoon, you will have free time to explore the quarries and trails before beginning the return to Puerto Madero.
